Assignment for Illustration class. The assignment was to show the story of why you are an expert on something. Can you read the story? Hint: I am an expert on nature.

Any artistic feedback is welcome, but changes will be minimal at this point since it has already been through critique and then got prof. feedback and friend feedback.. :)

I really like the style of this image. My one critique (and I know you aren't adjusting this image but it may help in the future) is that the perspective is a bit off. Since the figure is seen from head on, it would follow that the horizon line should be about eye level with the figure. If you want to raise the horizon line you need to show the figure slightly from above.

I hope that didn't seem too nitpicky, I just know that perspective is a pain and I always wish people would point out when I have problems with it... so I try to return the favor?

Anyway, great work. I love the colors and the clean, almost graphical style!

I am AWFUL at perspective so thanks for the advice. My teacher also pointed that out on the final grade ;) I got an A but he did notice that lol
